The Innovative Team provides leaders and members of a working group with a framework and the operational tools needed to promote innovation within their organizations.
Starting from the FourSight® approach - Clarify the situation; Produce ideas; Develop solutions; Implement Plans – and bringing it to team level, people will learn to focus their creative thinking so as to efficiently deal with situations that lack of easy answers or apparently immediate solutions.
How
A hands-on workshop, eventually preceded by the FourSight® assessment Foursight®, which involves all the members of a team. In light of individual and team results and based on the set objectives, people will operate by using different thinking and operational tools to obtain the most effective combination between insightfulness, imagination, analysis and action.
