The workshop aims at involving in an extremely pragmatic way people who need to interact in different ways with the others (interviews, conferences, meetings, events).
The session aims first of all at identifying the main personal obstacles in order to overcome them and make the most of one’s capabilities. The sharing of the main negotiation techniques integrates this training workshop.

Participants will be able to develop an authentic workshop thanks to the guide of a facilitator who will provide them with the support and materials needed for the development.
A series of exercises aimed at implementing what shared among the participants will be carried out during the workshop to directly experience one’s improvement.
The workshop can be customized both in terms of structure and contents (for ex. types of negotiation).
