What
The training session aims to understand what Environmental and Social Responsibility means through examples, stimuli, and comparisons to build a common framework to start from.
We then move on to the concepts of Circle of Influence and Circle of Context and the relationships between them to learn how to recognize the consequences of one's actions and to share examples and practical exercises starting from one's own experience.

A four-hour gym-like workshop.
Creative Problem Solving tools stimulate reflection on the individual contribution to sustainability by producing concrete ideas to implement in the corporate context.
