What

Trust Sharing is a methodology for conceiving and planning change within teams by analysing the relational dynamics that professionals progressively build within themselves. Through Trust Sharing, the levels of existing dual and group relationships and distinctive practices become legible and, therefore, interventions can be planned on those factors (subjects or interactions) that constitute the Gate Keepers of a possible development.

Why

This methodology aims to analyse the relational dynamics within the team to actively manage the 4 crucial dimensions of development. A key to understanding and guiding the growth of individuals and teams as a whole.

Through individual and group work, professionals are called to critically re-examine the relational network that influences their own and others' performance.

Participants are enabled to identify behaviours that can inhibit or fuel people's professional evolution, thus becoming better at:

  • understanding and enhancing individual and team accountability;
