Supported by a kit of operating tools to be used daily, CREATIVE PROBLEM-SOLVING leads to the adoption of creative solutions and minimizes the risk of rushed and weak approaches.

What
Define a clear separation between analysis and solution research so as to prevent hurried and little effective approaches. Identifying the different criticality and different impacts within the corporate structure (culture, resources, economics, collaborators).
Knowing how to get out of preconceived ideas, such as the classic "we have always done so" to avoid surrendering to criticality or following efficient but short-term paths.
How
The workshop consist of a first step aimed at defining and learning the process within a guided structure (simulations for the acquisition and management of the method), and a second step focused on the concrete activity on one or more real problems identified by the corporate organization: criticalities management, organizational changes, renewal of sales policies and organizational difficulties. An active work that will enable participants to identify a feasible solution through the following stages:
- explore the challenge - find the real objective; identify the related facts; analyse the problem;
- produce ideas - work with innovative and creative ideas;
- arrange the action - find the feasible solution; implement the solution, i.e. to make the solution acceptable within the corporate organization.
The workshop is also available in blended mode, delegating the first part of the learning process to an e-learning module and working on concrete cases identified together with the company during the classroom part.
Results
- Understanding of the real nature of the problem, beyond one’s paradigms (I do not have time, I cannot do it, my collaborators…the company…) in an obvious and self-evident way.
- Development of a common methodology for the management of the problems arising from time to time.
- Improve one’s ability to manage emotiveness and communication blocks through team works.
